SCM Banner Mustang for October 2016 is Randy L May's 2016 Harley themed Mustang. Most that see it think it's a limited edition factory car similar to the F150's Ford did. Nope, Randy pulled this one out of his own hat. Super execution, all work is factory or better quality! Voted one of the best of SCM Mustangs at the Kemah show this past September. Great work Randy!
