   Dirty Marie has seen some changes since I got her off Ebay back in Nov 2012.  She’s a ’06 GT 4.6L 3 valve 5 speed with the Roush Sport package.  Originally sold out of Joe Myers Ford in Houston, the first owner optioned the car out so it had most of the Roush Stage 1 options.  One of the first upgrades after I got her was to get a set of Long Tube American Racing Headers and Roush Exhaust on her.  Along with a bunch of dress up bling to the interior, I upgraded the frame and suspension.  A Whiteline Front Control Arm Brace, Steeda Strut Mounts, Roush Sway Bars and Springs, dampened by Bilstein Struts and Shocks greatly improved the ride over stock.  In the back Roush Billet Rear Lower Control Arms, Steeda Upper Control Arm, adjustable Panhard Bar and upgraded Panhard Support Brace keep the rear firmly planted as well.  I upgraded the stock cooling system with a high flow water pump and Mishimoto Performance Aluminum Radiator.  Performance wise she is still fairly stock with only a Roush CAI, Steeda Underdrive Pulleys and Bama tune but for this old man she is plenty fast!  Future plans include a GT500 Throttle Body and replacing the factory charge motion control plates with free-flowing plates to increase airflow and possibly gain a few horses.  Maybe then I will be finished…….Nah!
