 1967 Ford Mustang Coupe with a 351W. Car was found about 6 years ago by accident in a hobbits yard around the corner from my house in Pasadena, TX. We were not out looking for a vehicle, but my wife got a glimpse of it out of the corner of her eye, so we turned around for a closer look. Pulled up to a gate with overgrown vegetation, got out and peeked through the fence. Honked our horn a few times and after about 15-20 minutes of looking, a little old guy with a beard down to his belt and a large walking stick limped up to the gate. I asked him about the car, and he proceeded to tell me that he was the 2nd owner of the car, and that it had been there in his yard and not moved in 20 years. He allowed us to take a closer look. Car was 100% numbers matching original, with a 289 V6. Holes in both floor boards and a Oak tree growing up through the middle of the vehicle, along with 3-4 feet of weeds and brush around the car. I venture to say that if the car was left another 4-5 years, you would have never known a car was there. I asked if it was for sale, and he replied "yes", but because of location and not knowing it was there, nobody had ever asked about it. I offered him cash for the car and would cut the brush and tree down along with it. After chasing a raccoon and a few snakes out of vehicle, we drug it out and began our work. What you see today, is 6 years and a bunch O'money put in. The car is now "lime gold", and original 67 color. Mike Leagan
